Our Volunteer Testimonials

sanjana.png

One of my favourite memories from service was learning how to sew from Aunty Florence, where we all made little plushies under her guidance while we chatted with her, and in general, it is very heartwarming to bond with and talk to her on runs every week.

Become a Volunteer!

Our work is entirely volunteer-based, so do reach out to support us if you are interested! Your efforts will directly improve the lives of Singapore's informal street sellers.

The Signpost Collective Story

Precursor to Signpost Collective (abbreviated Signpost), The Signpost Project was established in 2019 by a group of Yale-NUS students. Signpost aims to affirm the dignity of every street seller and build a more compassionate society where no one goes unnoticed.

With the help of our network of over 50 volunteers, Signpost engages over 90 informal street sellers across 12 regions and works with many partner organisations as a part of the Vulnerable-in-Community network.
